FOR THE WHOLE OF 2021 AND 2022 WE ARE RAISING FUNDS FOR THE WELSH AIR AMBULANCE CHARITY, KEEP YOUR EYE ON THIS SPACE FOR THE LATEST NEWS ABOUT OUR FUNDRAISING EVENTS Wales Air Ambulance Charity is funded by the people of Wales and requires £8 million a year to keep its four helicopters in the sky, serving Wales and saving lives. The charity can be anywhere in Wales within 20 minutes, its doctors and medics fly the A&E department to the patient. It also runs the Children's Wales Air Ambulance service, transferring vulnerable babies and children to the specialist hospitals across the UK. This JustGiving page has been set up to support Jill Perry (a local) who embarked on a weight loss challenge in November 20 and who, as an incentive to herself decided to donate £5 for every pound lost to the Air Ambulance. To date Jill has succeeded in losing a massive 7 stone and has 2 stone remaining to reach her goal. On Thursday 4th November she handed her personal collection tin to an Air Ambulance representative and a total sum of £992.75 was recorded. All monies collected in the Pub through our collection tins will be added into Jills final figure. Your donations will help encourage Jill to reach her goal and keep this vital service in Wales.
